Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an EHS Systems Manager on a 3-year fixed term contract. The role spans Ireland and the US with hybrid work (1-2 days onsite) across multiple sites, driving the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS management systems.

You will coordinate with EHS leadership, manage ISO compliance, and lead audits and integration activities for a newly acquired business. An opportunity to influence global EHS practices across manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Experience building, implementing, or improving EHS management systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001.
• Auditing experience within manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to multinational or multi-site organisations.
• Experience supporting acquisitions or business integration projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Understanding of US regulatory requirements such as OSHA.
• Lead Auditor certification.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance EHS management systems across multiple sites.
• Support the integration of a newly acquired business into EHS frameworks.
• Develop and maintain EHS procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Lead audits, gap assessments, and compliance activities.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with site teams and stakeholders to embed EHS best practices.
• Analyse EHS data and produce reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure alignment with ISO standards and US regulatory requirements.
