Job summary

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) seeks a Director of Technology in Data Analytics and Automation to design and deliver technology-enabled solutions for legal, compliance and regulatory functions across regions.

You will lead a global team across Ireland, the US and Japan, translate business needs into system specifications, and drive automation initiatives aligned to the Global Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Technology Roadmap, while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data management, computer science, finance, business administration, technology or related discipline.
• Experience leading high-performing teams across different regions and delivering international/global projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management with ability to translate requirements into specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global high-performing team across Ireland, the US, and Japan driving technology and process innovation.
• Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and system requirements and translate them into clear specifications and user stories.
• Ensure alignment with the Global Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Technology Roadmap and improve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver automation strategies and reporting solutions.
