Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director - Consumer Credit Analytics within Global Product Management. This role orchestrates market strategy for a network product, balancing customer needs, commercial outcomes, operational scalability, and risk management.

The leader will influence across a matrixed organization and drive an end-to-end product roadmap. You will partner with the Consumer Credit Analytics team, gather feedback from customers and partners, establish success metrics, and communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is expected.
• Demonstrated experience with product strategy, roadmaps, agile delivery, and commercialization.
• Experience leading product teams and cross-functional initiatives is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and partner closely with the Consumer Credit Analytics team to support global product development and GTM efforts.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction.
• Establish success metrics and track product performance against business goals.
• Influence senior executives on product direction, market strategy, and securing the right level organizational support to pursue regional objectives
• Exhibit ownership, agility, and an entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative and driving results in a fast-paced market.
• Coach team members on strategic thinking, customer centricity, and execution excellence.
