Qualifications

• Analytics expertise to create and deliver advanced analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Data storytelling to simplify complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in AI, agentic, and advanced analytics tools.
• Strategic Planning: Experience translating multi-year strategic plans into actionable deliverables.
• Category Analytics: Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and translate raw data into meaningful insights for category growth.
• Change Management: Experience driving adoption of analytics tools and promoting data-driven decision-making.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial metrics and P&L statements to assess profitability and performance.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams across functions and geographies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver analytics solutions that support category performance reviews, quarterly deep-dives, annual business planning, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Create and maintain category performance reports, identifying trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with category teams to translate raw data into meaningful insights that drive category growth and innovation.
• Apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of analytics delivery.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring analytics, reporting, and insight-generation processes.
• Present analytics outcomes and strategic recommendations to category stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Partner with the Enterprise Intelligence team to integrate insights into brand strategies and identify opportunities for scaled productization and process improvements.
