Job summary

American International Group (AIG) is seeking a disciplined Treasury/Bank Administration professional to manage bank accounts, signatories and related services in Dublin. You will support Kyriba TMS data, ensure compliance with global policies and engage with business units and banking partners.

The role requires 2+ years in treasury or bank administration, strong English, and attention to detail. You will work with a small team in a corporate environment and contribute to ongoing strategic

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a corporate or financial institution treasury or bank administration environment.
• Understanding of bank documents including Board Resolutions, Certificates of Incorporation and Bank signatory forms.
• Familiarity with Swift messaging types and formats (MT101/MT940/MT950).
• Experience responding to KYC/AML/sanctions requests and strong written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close operating, custody and virtual accounts and manage signatories.
• Set up and amend services on accounts (e.g. MT101, Swift reporting) and handle ad-hoc requests from business units.
• Ensure compliance with AIG Global Bank Account policies and procedures.
• Maintain Core data stored on Kyriba TMS and collaborate with a small team.
