We’re looking for a German-speaking Acquisition Partner Manager to join a dynamic international team supporting one of the world’s fastest-growing visual discovery and social media platforms.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding the platform’s presence across German markets, helping advertisers unlock their creative potential and drive measurable results. You’ll work with new and existing clients — guiding them through their digital marketing journey, optimizing campaigns, and setting them up for long-term success.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, research, and engage with potential new advertising partners in the German market.
  • Deliver tailored product pitches and onboarding support to help clients succeed from day one.
  • Collaborate with existing advertisers to understand their business goals and co-create effective campaign strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights to help partners maximize ROI and achieve marketing success.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships as the main point of contact for your clients.
  • Work toward fixed KPIs and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider sales organization to share best practices and contribute to team success.
Who You Are
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • 1+ years’ experience in a target‑driven, customer‑facing role (sales preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
  • Skilled at educating advertisers on campaign creation and optimization.
  • Proven ability to meet goals in a KPI‑driven environment.
