German-Speaking Account Executive

Are you a Sales professional ready to take your career into next step? Either you are a BDR, SDR, Account Manager, or in a position associate with Sales/Business development,

This is your opportunity to move into a high-impact Account Executive position with a fast-growing SaaS company, where you’ll own deals from initial outreach through to close and beyond.

You’ll work with fast-scaling ecommerce and retail brands across the EMEA region, managing multiple stakeholders and building deep, value-driven client relationships. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hungry to exceed targets, and wants to grow into a top-performing AE.

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll manage the full sales cycle independently—from lead qualification and discovery to demo and close. You’ll balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution, managing a high-volume pipeline and owning your territory’s long-term success.

Top-performing AEs here close 70%+ of their opportunities, forecast with accuracy, and operate as trusted advisors to their prospects.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the full sales process: from outbound prospecting and qualification to product demo and close
  • Actively manage a high-volume pipeline and prioritize effectively
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan for sustainable growth
  • Work collaboratively with peers and share best practices
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members
  • Take ownership of additional projects to expand your commercial skillset
  • Represent the team with professionalism, accountability, and consistency
What You Bring
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
