Job summary

Integer Ireland Limited in New Ross is seeking a General Operator to support lean manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment. You will perform assigned duties, operate and set up machines, and participate in continuous improvement projects while following SOPs and GMP standards.

You should have a Leaving Certificate or equivalent, good communication skills, basic PC skills, and a reliable attendance record. The role is full-time and on-site at our New Ross site.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent Standard.
• Good communication skills (Oral and Written).
• Basic PC skills an advantage.
• Good timekeeping, attendance and performance record.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Adhere to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Job Breakdown Sheets (JBSs).
• Complete and comply with all documentation as required in the documentation process.
• Carry out asset care on equipment and set up machines in job specific areas.
• Be involved in Continuous Improvement projects.
• Comply with quality standards and GMP pertaining to production (Cleanroom Areas).
• Comply with gowning procedure.
• Help maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring high standards of housekeeping, and control of chemicals (5S).
• Comply with the Integer Ireland Limited behavioural standards.
