Job summary

Fastway New Ross is seeking Seasonal Warehouse General Operatives to join our busy team on fixed term seasonal contracts. The successful candidates will be based at our New Ross Depot, and duties include sorting freight, scanning, lifting materials, and supporting the warehouse team.

Fluency in English is essential, with a strong team ethic and a can-do attitude. Shifts include AM 4am-1pm, PM 1pm-10pm, and Night 12am-8am, with rates of €13.50 and €14 per hour for Night shifts.

Qualifications

• Seasonal Warehouse General Operatives with logistics/warehouse experience preferred.
• Fluency in English written and verbal is essential.
• Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative in day-to-day tasks.
• Strong attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

• Sort Freight by location.
• Ensure all freight handled is scanned.
• Lift and shift materials as required.
• Assist existing warehouse team where needed.
• Be self-motivated and proactive.
• Check for damaged parcels.
