Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a General Operative for our Newbridge site on a full-time basis. You will join a team delivering friendly service, helping with general kitchen duties and cleaning across the building.

• Cleaning experience is essential.
• Catering experience an advantage – in house training provided.
• You’re happy working solo or teaming up with others.
• You’re flexible and ready to jump into whatever the day brings.
• You're a team player with good spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and welcoming service to colleagues, clients, and customers.
• General kitchen duties, cash handling, till operating.
• Keep service and dining areas clean, tidy, and well-organised.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep everything running smoothly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, allergen and storage guidelines.
• Join the cleaning team and provide spotless service to public spaces, offices and other locations throughout the building.
• Maintain a welcoming environment, completing daily cleaning tasks.
• Brighten restrooms, kitchen areas, and office spaces.
• Keep teams safe, with a close eye on safety and sanitation procedures.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleaning and hygiene across all areas.
• Attend training for professional development.
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by management.
