Job summary

Independent Stave Company in Ireland is seeking a General Operative to support production and logistics operations. You will load/unload trucks, manage stock, and prepare barrels for the coopering teams, contributing to safe, efficient plant performance.

Experience with forklift operations is a plus, and there may be opportunities to train in machine operation, inspection, and quality roles. A starting wage of €14.80 per hour plus bonuses is offered within a full-time shift of 8:00 a.m.

Job Description

The General Operative role is responsible for a variety of duties such as loading and unloading trucks, receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from inventory, or preparing barrels for production and coopering teams.

General Operatives with forklift experience may specialize in forklift production support and stock management. There may be other opportunities for General Operatives to train in machine operations, inspection and quality positions.

Starting Wage: €14.80 p/h + high bonus

Shift: 8am to 4.30pm, 5 days
