Job summary

Synergy Recruitment Partners in Dublin is seeking a General Operative / Fitter to join a growing installation team delivering laboratory and technical fit-out projects across Ireland.

This hands-on role suits someone with construction, furniture installation or shopfitting experience, able to read drawings and work safely with hand and power tools. A full driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or site work.
• Experience installing furniture, cabinets or similar equipment.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organised and self-motivated.
• Full clean driving licence essential.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a General Operative / Fitter to join a growing specialist installation team working on laboratory and technical fit-out projects across Ireland.

This is a hands‑on position suited to someone with experience in construction, furniture installation, fit-out, carpentry, cabinet fitting or general site work.

The Role:

• Installation and assembly of laboratory furniture and equipment
• Read and work from installation/layout drawings
