Job description

Reports To: Area Manager

Location: Galway

Rate: €13.50 per hour

Job Type: Temporary / Cover Work

Working Hours: 40hrs/ week (flexible)

Key Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy, including toilets/showers.
• Performing general sweeping, scrubbing and mopping.
• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces if required.
• Disposing of rubbish from bins and containers.
• Ability to undertake tasks as instructed by Area Manager.
• Complying with Health and Safety requirements both on client site and company premises.
• Exercising due care and attention when handling client property.
• Set up stocks and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done.

Requirements

• Required Language Skills: Speak, understand and have an ability to write English
• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage however not essential
• Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential
• Comfortable working alone and as part of a team as required for the role
• Responsible and reliable
• Able to complete tasks on time
