Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Generative AI data quality specialist to improve AI-generated content related to business locations, POIs, and transit information.

You will research, verify, and evaluate data to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency, directly contributing to AI model improvements and enhanced user experiences across our maps products. Effective candidates will have German and English at C1 or higher, willingness to work in a Mon-Fri

Qualifications

• German and English at C1 level or higher.
• Willingness to work in a Mon-Fri office environment.
• 1–2 years in content moderation, content review, data annotation, content writing, research, Maps operations, or related fields.
• Experience in POI verification, business listings, geographic data validation, or location-based research preferred.
• Strong research, web navigation, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret guidelines and make consistent decisions.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and changing requirements.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Search Quality, Data Annotation, or Data Validation is an advantage.

• Review and assess AI-generated content to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and helpful for users.
• Check and validate details such as business hours, addresses, categories, and map-related information.
• Perform data annotation and quality checks following established guidelines.
• Apply policies and guidelines to make consistent decisions, including in ambiguous situations.
• Document research findings and explain decision-making clearly when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher.


• English language proficiency at C1 level or higher (training and project communication are conducted in English).


• Willingness to work in a Mon-Fri office-based environment.


• 1-2 years of experience in content moderation, content review, data annotation, content writing, research, Maps operations, or related fields.


• Experience in POI verification, business listings, geographic data validation, or location-based research is highly preferred.


• Strong research and web navigation skills with excellent attention to detail.


• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret guidelines and make consistent decisions.


• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and changing business requirements.


• Familiarity with Generative AI, Search Quality, Data Annotation, or Data Validation processes is an advantage.
