Job summary

Back4good is seeking passionate Games Developers in Ireland to join their growing team. You will be involved in various stages of game creation specializing in areas such as design, programming, animation, or production. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree (e.g., Computer Games Development, Graphic Design) and demonstrate a creative personality. Responsibilities include devising original concepts, creating storylines, and documenting the production process. Strong 2D and 3D modeling skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1. Relevant degree in Computer Games Development/Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 2. Strong creative personality and ability to think outside the box.
• 3. Familiarity with 2D and 3D software tools for game design.

As we see significant growth in the games sector and large expansion in this sector Back 4 Good are tasked with finding a number of Games developers

The Computer games industry is relatively new and young in Ireland and many employees are within the 20 to 30 year age bracket.

The current demand is looking for games developers to design or programme games for a variety of formats such as consoles,wireless applications,the internet and mobile phones.

You will be involved in various stages of the creation of a game and will specialise in an area such design,programming,animation,audio,editing or production as it becomes clear were you passion is.

You will devise original concepts for games

Create and develop story lines and scripts

Document all aspects of the games production process

Use specialised computer software for 2D and 3D modelling and animation.

Candidates will require a relevant degree such as computer games developments/design,graphic design,animation,software engineering or computer science .

While experience is important the roles are targeting individuals that are ” out side of the box thinkers |” with strong creative personality .
