Job summary

State Street is seeking an Alternatives Fund Accounting, Managing Director to lead the global delivery of services across hedge funds, private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real assets. The role shapes team strategy and drives execution while maintaining risk excellence.

You will build and manage a large, high-performing team, engage senior staff and clients, ensure timely deliverables, and steer transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

Alternatives Fund Accounting, Managing Director is a key leadership position in Global Delivery.The alternative fund accounting operations team is responsible for delivering services to alternative markets clients, including hedge, private equity, private credit, Infrastructure and real assets client. The team is accountable for positive and consistent service delivery. The MD plays a critical role in the shaping the team’s strategy and its execution. The role requires significant leadership to engage staff and deal with clients to support their growth and meet their changing requirements while scaling the business and fostering an environment and a culture of risk excellence.

As Alternatives Fund Accounting, Managing Director you will :
