Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key accounting contact during new investment transactions, offering technical accounting insights and support for entity structuring.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Asset Management, Legal, and Tax, to provide accounting‑focused analysis and recommendations during deal structuring discussions.
  • Review management accounts prepared by external service providers to ensure compliance with accounting standards in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of annual IFRS financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting standards, and manage audit processes with external auditors.
  • Participate in strategic accounting projects, focusing on process enhancement, automation initiatives, and integration of AI technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and professional certification such as CPA, ACA, or ACCA.
  • 2-3 years of experience in public accounting or auditing, preferably within Financial Services, Private Equity, or Hedge Funds.
  • Strong technical understanding of IFRS and US GAAP, with excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data tools like Alteryx is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
