Job summary

Corlann is recruiting for a permanent full-time Support Worker to work across South Tipperary Services, including Clonmel and surrounding areas. The role involves caring for People Supported with intellectual disabilities in day and residential settings, and supporting their Personal Plans and community participation.

Salary ranges from €34,881 to €48,434 pro-rata with 23 days annual leave, pension, and flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care (daily living activities)
• Support the development and achievement of Individual Plans
• Assist People Supported by the Services with community participation and integration

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day personal care, meals, and hygiene as required.
• Support execution of Individual Plans and track outcomes for People Supported.
• Foster community participation and integration for People Supported across services.
