Job summary

Napa Post Acute in Dublin is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant to support the OT in resident care and rehabilitation activities.

You will document accurately, follow infection control protocols, assist with restorative training, and help with discharge planning and family education, while maintaining confidentiality and safety at all times. Experience with Net Health and Point Click Care is preferred, and you must be licensed as an OTA.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment by following infection control protocols.
• Participate in Resident Care conferences and rehabilitation meetings.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Assist with training Restorative Aides and discharge planning.
