Supermac's is recruiting a Full-time Deli Assistant for Mac's Place in The Banner Plaza. Availability is required from Monday to Sunday during daytime hours, with a 5 days out of 7 schedule. This is not part-time or weekend-only.

You will interact with customers in a friendly, efficient manner, maintain food hygiene with HACCP practices, assist with deli products, stock checks, and help the store team provide a clean, welcoming visit.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner with exceptional customer care.
• Communicate effectively with customers and refer complaints to the store manager when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of current deli sales and promotions and assist customers with queries.
• Receive and check stock in line with company guidelines and rotate stock to minimise waste.
• Ensure deli area and equipment meet Hygiene and HACCP standards and keep records where required.
