The role involves crafting internal tools and data pipelines, ensuring least-privilege access, and collaborating with Legal Operations to translate requirements into reliable technical implementations. You will own production systems and drive reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building backend systems for production workloads.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into durable technical designs.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security controls in data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate backend systems and workflow tooling for lawful data access requests, from intake to audit.
• Build reliable data pipelines and interfaces across products and data stores for accurate handling of records.
• Implement least-privilege access, approval gates, provenance, and audit trails in sensitive workflows.
• Collaborate with Legal and Legal Operations to translate requirements into clear technical designs.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce repetitive work while preserving human review and accountability.
• Own production systems through testing, observability, incident response, and documentation.
