• 10+ years of full-stack development experience across a comparable technology stack.

• 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience in production, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB and PostgreSQL.

• Own the quality of what reaches production across the stack, reviewing and correcting AI-generated code and ensuring performance and security.
• Define and uphold engineering standards for the transformation program.

Shape how enterprise software gets built in the age of AI. A global insurance leader is replacing a legacy platform with a modern, cloud-native AWS solution, and AI coding agents now generate the majority of feature code. Experienced engineers decide what is good enough to ship.

This is a multi-year transformation program where your judgement carries real weight. You will own the quality of what reaches production across Angular, Node.js Lambda APIs, databases and AWS infrastructure, reviewing and correcting AI-generated code, resolving performance and security issues and validating every test and specification before merge.
