Aran Sweater Market is seeking a reliable Fulfilment & Stock Coordinator to join our warehouse team in Ballycasheen, Killarney. The role focuses on accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders, while ensuring stock is managed efficiently and on hand.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards of accuracy, and collaborate with retail stores to confirm stock availability. Training will be provided, with a view to extension based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organisation.
• Support returns department by sorting returned items.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and packing area.

Aran Sweater Market is looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Fulfilment & Stock Coordinator to join our warehouse team in Ballycasheen, Killarney. This is a short term fixed-term contract with the potential for extension based on business needs.

The Role

As a Fulfilment & Stock Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time while supporting efficient warehouse operations and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using paper pick sheets and handheld devices.
• Carefully pack customer orders, ensuring the correct products, colours, sizes, and quantities are dispatched.
• Prepare orders for daily courier collections to ensure timely delivery.
• Print and prepare customer orders for picking and packing.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly.
• Log empty pigeonholes and assist with stock replenishment.
• Liaise with retail stores to confirm stock availability where required.
• Report out-of-stock items to the Warehouse Supervisor to minimise customer delays.
• Support shop transfers by picking, packing, and preparing stock for dispatch.
• Assist with warehouse stock replenishment, stock takes, and inventory organisation.
• Support the returns department by checking and sorting returned items ready to be returned to stock.
• Create clan history displays to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and packing area.
• Replenish packing materials and dispatch supplies at the end of each shift.
• Clean the label printer before each use to ensure high-quality printing.

Previous experience in warehouse operations, fulfilment, stock control, or logistics is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
