Applegreen plc is hiring a Subway Team Member to be a key part of front-line operations. You will support daily activities, keep the shop clean, prepare food, and ensure safety policies are followed while delivering a great customer experience.

Ideal candidates are available across the week, including weekends, and have reliable transport. This role offers development opportunities and being part of a large, nationwide hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day operations of the business.
• Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy.
• Ensure all food safety policies are met.
• Food preparation.
• Follow and enforce Subway manual training contents.
• Stock control and management.
• Create the best food experience possible for customers.
• Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain friendly and professional customer interactions.
