Job summary

Keelings is seeking a QA Inspector to ensure all produce meets customer specifications during intake, processing and dispatch. You will conduct inspections, perform destructive tests, and maintain quality records.

The role requires reading specs, being physically fit, flexible hours, and a full driving licence with access to a car for transport to work. On-site in Sandyhill, St Margaret's, Co. Dublin.

Qualifications

• IT skills and numeracy are essential.
• Able to read and interpret customer specs and procedures.
• Must be physically fit and able to handle manual work.
• Flexibility with working hours is required.
• Understanding of inspection methodology and test equipment is needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all produce is inspected to customer specifications and RM Spec.
• Conduct shelf life inspections for intake, in-process, and dispatch stages.
• Complete inspection quality records per procedures.
• Perform destructive testing (e.g., Pressure, Brix) and flag non-conforming product.
• Support packhouse to ensure product packing follows procedures and specs.
• Meet KPIs set by QA Manager (accuracy, productivity, zero defects).
• Promote health and safety practices and maintain a safe work environment.
