Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience within road freight.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Basic local regulatory knowledge for compliance.
• Hazardous materials certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
• Track and trace files and report information to customers.
• Use export workflow to manage the movement of shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable.
• Interact with customers to arrange road shipments.
• Contribute to maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
• Meet compliance with all regulations.
• Understand department process flow and seek improvements.
• Ensure all customer standard operating procedures are updated.
• Meet KPI standards according to company procedures.
• Escalate problems to management when necessary.
