This is a broad and strategic role with group-wide responsibility for planning, forecasting, and delivering financial insights that directly influence senior leadership decisions. Overview of Role Responsibilities
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units.
  • Financial Modelling: Build and maintain financial models, perform variance analysis, and support scenario planning.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Develop dashboards and reports for senior leadership, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present financial insights to senior leaders, influencing strategic decisions with data-driven recommendations.
Candidate Requirements
  • Holder of a Professional Accountancy Qualification or at Finalist Stage of exams.
  • A number of years’ experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within a fast-moving business.
  • Be comfortable interacting with all levels of management across the business.
  • May suit a candidate with a background in Professional services, Retail, FMCG or a large corporate organisation.
