Job summary

K&K Produce in Dublin is seeking an experienced forklift driver to operate and move goods across the plant, yard, stores, production and dispatch. You will load/offload trailers, rotate stock, and ensure pallets and goods are ready for dispatch in a fast-paced food environment.

Applicants should hold a counterbalance forklift licence, have at least 3 years in a busy warehouse, and demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Hold a licence to operate a counterbalance forklift.
• Minimum 3 years in busy warehouse moving heavy loads.
• Food environment experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Efficient, accurate, and detail-oriented in fast-paced settings.
• Complete Goods Inwards Quality Control documentation.
• Follow Health & Safety guidelines at all times.

Responsibilities

• Safely move and handle ton boxes of potatoes and other produce.
• Load and offload trailers.
• Carry out store work, stock rotation and stock control.
• Keep packing lines supplied with product as required.
• Build and wrap pallets and prepare dispatch paperwork.
• Follow quality, health, safety and food safety standards.
• Perform forklift checks.
• Assist with assembling orders for loading with forklift.
