Open to both residents and non‑residents, The Carriage House welcomes Guests for lunch and dinner seven days a week, and for breakfast from Friday to Sunday. Set just a three‑minute walk from the Manor House, the magnificently restored Carriage House offers arresting views across the estate and has been thoughtfully designed as a dining destination of effortless luxury and relaxed elegance. By day, it provides the perfect setting to pause between estate activities and enjoy a light lunch in refined surroundings. By evening, the Carriage House transforms into a vibrant and welcoming space where Guests linger over exceptional cuisine before finishing the night with a drink on the terrace as dusk settles over the estate.

Our Host team is at the forefront of our Food & Beverage outlets, acting as the first point of contact for our Guests and ensuring they feel warmly welcomed from the moment they arrive. As ambassadors of the hotel, Hosts confidently present our menus, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and deliver a seamless arrival experience, embodying the highest standards of hospitality.

Successful candidates will be highly organised, well‑spoken, and computer literate, with responsibility for confirming dining reservations and managing day‑of table plans to ensure optimal table yield. During busy periods, Hosts will also provide assistance to colleagues on the floor, supporting the smooth operation of the outlet.

Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential, ensuring each Guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.
