This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and driven manager to manage all of the Food & Beverage outlets across the hotel. Reporting to the General Manager/Deputy General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will lead the operational & financial success of the Food & Beverage function along with the development and delivery of exceptional and memorable service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager/ Duty Manager in a similar sized hotel/Resort and be passionate about guest experience, delivering standards and have the ability to lead and motivate a team.
