Job summary

A recruitment agency is currently looking for an F&B Manager for a 4* Boutique Hotel in Kildare. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing food and beverage operations, possess strong leadership qualities, and be able to oversee daily operations. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience as an F&B Manager in a busy operation, minimum 4* hotel.
  • Ability to manage department heads and experience managing multiple outlets.
  • Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the food and beverage outlets.
  • Knowledge of Standards of Service and how to implement them.
  • Previous experience with KPIs, budgets, stock control, and forecasting.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance.
  • Work alongside other HODs to maintain standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and delegate duties to the team.
  • Training and rostering of staff.
