Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Cleaning Operative to join BAM FM in Dublin City Centre on a part-time basis. This role offers an afternoon shift of approximately 15 hours per week in a corporate facilities environment.

The successful candidate will work within a world-leading facilities management company, supporting high standards of cleaning across a busy site and contributing to a safe and healthy workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing cleaning priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner, in line with the cleaning service schedules and specifications.
• Take part in employee training to develop health and safety, COSHH, cleaning methods, and site-specific processes.
• Escalate any maintenance or repair needs as required.
• Monitor cleaning supplies to uphold high standards of cleaning services.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operative to join our team at BAM FM in Dublin City Centre on a part time basis. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading facilities management company to work in a corporate facility environment.

This will be an afternoon part time shift of approx 15 hours per week.

Making Possible

• Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards, in line with the cleaning service schedules and specifications. This will include weekly and periodic tasks.
• Take part in employee training to develop and maintain a full understanding of Health and Safety, COSHH, cleaning methods, cleaning training and site-specific processes and procedures.
• Escalate any maintenance or repair needs as required.
• Monitor cleaning supplies, ensuring you have what you need to uphold our high standards of cleaning services.
