Job summary

Crean Mosaics t/a Crean Contract Flooring is seeking 3 Project Managers to work full time in The Square, Charlestown, Co. Mayo, Ireland.

You will plan, coordinate and oversee flooring projects from start to finish, managing installers and subcontractors, scheduling works, liaising with clients and main contractors, coordinating labour and materials, monitoring budgets, progress and quality, ensuring health and safety, resolving site issues, and delivering on time and to budget and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum Experienced Required (Years): 3
• Minimum Qualification: Level 7 (incl Diploma & Ordinary Bachelor Degree)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee flooring projects from start to finish.
• Manage installers and subcontractors; schedule works and coordinate labour and materials.
• Liaise with clients and main contractors; monitor budgets, progress and quality.
• Ensure health and safety compliance; resolve site issues; deliver projects on time and within budget.
