About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable and hands‑on Floor Operator and Garage Assistant to join our growing, fast‑paced, friendly team in the Mid Louth area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow their skills in a supportive workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare mechanical parts for repair or painting
  • Assist with painting and general workshop duties
  • Support day‑to‑day operations within the garage
  • Manage and organise stock and supplies
  • Take photos of products for records or online listings
  • Update and maintain content on company websites and social media
  • Help with basic customer service, including invoicing and order handling
  • Handling and use of power tools
Requirements
  • Good understanding of the English language
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Dependable and punctual with good work etiquette
  • No qualifications required – full training provided in‑house
Preferred Skills
  • Manual handling experience
  • Basic computer or smartphone skills (for photos, social media, and invoices)
Working Hours
  • Minimum: 21 hours per week (3 days)
