Position Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join their team in Ireland. In this pivotal role, you will maximize the performance of assigned equipment in accordance with production plans, ensuring safe operation and completion of all relevant in-process quality documentation. Essential Duties and Tasks

• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Ensure all incidents and workplace hazards are reported to maintain safety.
• Maximize press capacity while minimizing downtime and scrap.
• Perform efficient machine changeovers and support personnel assignments during each transition.
• Record and document setups accurately for future reference.
• Liaise consistently with supervisors and pre-press personnel to ensure readiness for upcoming jobs.
• Comply with internal QA documentation and housekeeping standards.
• Strive to meet all company-specified production targets.
