Qualifications

• Be registered or eligible to register in the General Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Minimum of 2 years post-registration nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans per guidelines.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the medical team promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments per prescriptions and standards.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate with patients, families, and colleagues professionally.
• Follow infection prevention, safety procedures, and hospital policies.
• Be adaptable to shifts and departments to meet service needs.
