Zr Academy of Education is seeking passionate part-time teachers to join our Dublin 2 centre. In-person teaching, flexible hours after school, evenings, weekends and holidays. Qualifications

• Qualified teachers with relevant post-primary teaching experience or qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate curriculum.
• Strong subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Science.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons to Junior Cycle and/or Leaving Certificate students.
• Explain scientific concepts clearly and adapt explanations to different student levels.
• Support students with exam preparation, past papers, marking schemes and exam technique.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials, notes and practice exercises.
• Identify students' learning needs and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Build students' confidence and encourage independent learning.
• Maintain a professional, supportive and respectful learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with the Zr Academy academic and administrative team.
• Attend scheduled lessons punctually and maintain high professional standards.
