An exciting opportunity for a flexible Sales Assistant in our Tuam store. We are looking for a highly motivated retail associate who loves fashion. Must be fully flexible.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Good communication & listening skills
• Confident, approachable and enthusiastic person who is great with people
• Good attention to detail
• Self motivated and able to work off your own initiative
• Well organised
• Flexible availability including weekends, weekdays, holidays and evenings

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high level of customer's satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products & cooperating with coworkers to provide excellent sales service
• Achieving KPI's & operational expectations
• Connects with every customer by asking open ended questions to assess needs
• Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends
• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
