You will balance tills, handle refunds, keep the store tidy, stay updated on promotions, and engage with customers about products and social media channels. Flexible Mon-Sun shifts and a friendly, professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• This role is customer service based; main objective is to provide exceptional service at all times.
• Greeting customers who enter the shop.
• Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
• Processing cash and card payments.
• Answering queries from customers.
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
