Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a Merchandiser in Letterkenny to improve visibility for retail clients through effective stock rotation and planogram compliance. You will work independently and with store managers to maximise promotional space and delivery of client standards, driving sales growth across categories.

You will maintain planogram integrity, rotate stock, and capture documentation while supporting launches and promotions across serviced brands.

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence is required.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow journey plans set by line manager.
• Adhere to merchandising guidelines with emphasis on planogram compliance and promotional space.
• Record relevant sales and merchandising data; provide timely feedback.
• Ensure stock rotation and flag short-dated stock; notify store manager.
• Maintain and grow planogram space and ensure correct SEL labeling.
• Merchandise promotional ends and ensure correct pricing.
• Capture before/after photos using handheld device.
• Coordinate with store manager and Tactical scheduler before/after calls.
• Build strong relationships with all parties to work as a team.
• Contribute ideas for new ways of working and support product launches.
