Job summary

Access Healthcare in Dublin is seeking experienced Psychiatric Nurses for ad-hoc shifts across Dublin and Co. Dublin. You will provide high-quality care in specialist mental health settings within an insurance provider environment.

Roles are ad-hoc with flexible scheduling and enhanced rates for nights and Sundays. The position requires full NMBI registration, psychiatric/mental health experience in Ireland, excellent communication, and a willingness to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified and registered General or Psychiatric Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Previous experience in psychiatric/mental health settings in Ireland is preferable.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work in dynamic mental health settings and manage complex patient needs.
• Strong understanding of person-centred, recovery-focused care.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
