Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Dublin-area studio team. In this full-time role you will drive memberships and retail sales, train Sales Associates, and ensure outstanding guest service.

You will manage scheduling, coordinate with instructors, and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Manage staffing and instructor scheduling.
• Maintain inventory and retail stock.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Ensure high level customer service and problem solve.
• Promote studio events and marketing campaigns.
• Enforce company policies and at-will employment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
