At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Fire Protection Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team based in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive with an excellent knowledge in Fire Protection and Sprinklers to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes

• Managing the sales of the Fire protection business with existing and new clients in current and new geographies
• Providing technical advice and guidance to clients, contractors, and internal teams regarding fire protection systems, with a particular focus on fire sprinklers, suppression systems, and related equipment.
• Assisting in the design and specification of fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with European Standards and project requirements.
• Conducting site surveys and inspections to assess fire protection needs, verify system installations, and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to fire protection systems, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems.
• Delivering presentations and technical training to clients and internal teams on fire protection solutions, system design, and maintenance best practices.

Experience you need

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in fire protection engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field. Certification in fire protection design is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role within the fire protection or fire sprinkler industry.
• Strong understanding of fire sprinkler system design, installation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FM, UL, IS EN 12845, IS3218).
• A valid driver’s license is required as the role involves travel to client sites.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various sites across the country and Europe.
