Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Finishing Foreman to join a leading residential contractor on a project in Sandyford, Dublin 18. You will plan and supervise internal finishing works and manage trades to ensure quality and on-time handover.

The role requires experience with main contractors, strong leadership and CSCS/Safe Pass qualifications, and a full driving licence. Salary is €70,000 - €80,000 with clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Finishing Foreman or Supervisor with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and sequencing.
• Valid CSCS, Safe Pass and site tickets.
• Proven leadership and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise internal finishing works and trades.
• Coordinate finishing subcontractors and manage daily site activities.
• Drive quality standards and manage snagging through to handover.
• Ensure works are completed safely, to specification and on programme.
• Maintain site records and report progress to the Site Manager.
