Daily bank reconciliation and processing of receipts and payments. Processing purchase ledger invoices. Monthly supplier statement reconciliation. Preparation of monthly staff wages. Preparation of accounts. Adhere to all compliance deadlines. Input into and assisting with the office work plan. Management of multiple jobs ensuring the key objectives are delivered as required and in a timely manner. Dealing with ad-hoc client queries. Maintain financial accounts of a number of our clients. Retrieve and systematize accounting documents from clients. Produce monthly Balance Sheet and Income Statement. Compute monthly taxes. Complete and/or verify tax forms. Give financial advice. Assist in the development of on-going and new financial management initiatives and projects. Preparing and reporting financial information for management, ensuring timely payments from clients and adherence to credit limits.
