Morgan McKinley is partnering with a growing Galway financial services business to recruit an experienced Financial Advisor. You will focus on advising clients, building relationships and converting new business from qualified leads in a supportive, progressive environment.

Ideal candidates are QFA qualified with a track record in insurance or financial services, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or advisory environments.
• Knowledge of personal and/or commercial insurance products.
• Track record of developing client relationships and generating new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified, company-generated leads and enquiries.
• Conduct client fact-finds and needs assessments.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Identify referrals, cross-selling opportunities and client solutions.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the client journey.
• Ensure advice is compliant and in line with regulatory requirements.
