Job summary

TrendAI is seeking a Finance Technology Lead to own the technology, data and automation agenda for Finance, partnering with IT and process owners to modernize the function. You will build a small Finance Technology team and define the future ERP architecture, data, automation and AI-driven processes to enable a globally integrated, data-driven operating model.

The role blends Finance, Technology, Data and AI, and requires hands-on knowledge of AI, automation and reporting solutions, with a focus

Qualifications

Experience leading finance technology or transformation initiatives.
Deep knowledge of core finance processes: R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A.
Proven ERP architecture and platform evaluation experience.
Strong data, analytics and reporting capabilities.
Experience with automation and AI in a finance context.
Product management and cross-functional delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the target Finance technology architecture and multi-year roadmap.
Build and lead a Finance Technology team with product, data, automation and AI capabilities.
Analyze current Finance systems and data landscape to identify improvement opportunities.
Establish an automation and AI pipeline to reduce manual processing and errors.
Define ERP architecture requirements and lead platform evaluation and implementation.
Own Finance applications with clear roadmaps, ownership and service levels.
Define Finance data architecture, master data and BI capabilities.
Translate target processes into scalable technology solutions with process owners.
