Qualifications

  • Qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
  • Experience in FP&A, management accounting, financial analysis or business partnering.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Comfortable with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams.
  • Commercially curious and able to understand the wider business beyond the numbers.
  • Strong communicator who can translate financial analysis into clear commercial insight.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive financial insight.
  • Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes.
  • Analyse performance, costs, margins and key business drivers.
  • Prepare management accounts and performance reporting.
  • Challenge variances and understand underlying drivers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and processes.
  • Develop more streamlined reporting and forecasting tools.
