Job summary

Darwin Hawkins is seeking a Finance Analyst in Dublin City Centre with a hybrid 2/3 days in the office. The role focuses on improving finance operations, collections processes, and controls within a growing real estate environment.

You will join a collaborative team and contribute to system enhancements, process improvements and day-to-day financial management while supporting timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or fully qualified accounting qualification.
• Previous finance or accounts experience within a commercial environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to bring structure and order to processes.
• Experience supporting collections, accounts administration or finance operations.
• Exposure to systems implementation, process improvement or change initiatives would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve collections processes to ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances.
• Review existing workflows and implement improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with finance systems enhancements and implementation projects.
• Support day-to-day finance operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and analyse financial information to support decision-making.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure finance processes are operating effectively.
• Help establish and maintain strong financial controls and procedures.
• Bring structure and consistency to finance operations through effective planning and process management.
