Job summary

ALS in Finglas, Dublin is seeking a details-oriented team member to support our laboratory operations. You will collect customer samples, register them on LIMS for requested tests, and assist with packaging samples for despatch to labs.

You will proactively monitor progress and respond to client enquiries, contributing to a high-quality service. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a starting salary of €30,000 and annual increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar roles helps, but not essential.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Thrives under pressure and works well in a fast-paced team.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples from customer sites.
• Register samples on the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for tests.
• Assist with packaging samples for despatch to laboratories.
• Proactively monitor sample progress to meet client requirements and identify issues.
• Assist with responding to client enquiries.
• Perform other duties as required.
